On Tuesday, March 27, Freedom staff and volunteers took a road trip to the Minnesota Capitol. The trip was an opportunity for Minnesota residents to experience their state government up close and personal. Believe me, it was up close! That same day, 100s of union members were at the Capitol Building expressing their opinion on a bill before the legislature. At times it was difficult to keep track of everyone, but we came back with the same amount of people we left with!

We had the honor of visiting with Senator Langseth and Representatives Lanning and Marquart to thank them for their support of people with disabilities. We hope to do it again next year!

It looks like Spring has arrived across North Dakota and Minnesota. We hope you will get out and enjoy some of the warmer weather headed our way later this week!

Due to the weather, our offices are closed Wednesday, February 29th. Our offices will open tomorrow morning at 8 AM. Stay warm and stay safe.
