Motivational Monday: The rhetoric of our hearts and minds
It’s our actions that reveal what is in our hearts and minds. When the rhetoric of animosity, harsh language, and blame are praised far and wide, and the intention behind this rhetoric is clearly to harm, then there is no moral ground to stand on. There is no vision to uplift, to benefit, or to protect anyone. (Dzogchen Ponlop)
Wishing you peace and wellbeing as practice patience, loving-kindness and compassion when you are confronted with anger, impatience and defensiveness.
PS: Remember to hold the ones you love just a little closer and tighter this week (without expectations)
