Shopping can be a hassle.  Crowded stores, long lines and now imagine that you cannot access items that you want because the isle is too narrow or the racks are too close together. This is more common than one would imagine. Retailers have limited space and efforts to maximize this space often makes it difficult to navigate through the maze.
