Sometimes our own attitudes form barriers that make it difficult to reach our goals.  This is very common, but unfortunately attitudes can create new barriers that were never intended but have the same results.  When we are faced with a new challenge it is too easy to put things off or go without.  Language, or communication barriers can also contribute to difficulties getting adequate resources.  Physical barriers exist in some form nearly everywhere we go and make it difficult to get what we need.  Social barriers can also make it difficult to meet friends, find a job or even relate to people in similar situations.  The same can be said about transportation barriers.  With all this in mind it is nice to know Freedom Resource Center provides core services that can break down barriers at no cost to the recipiant. But we can’t do it alone.

Please consider donating to Freedom Resource Center for Giving Hearts Day. Just go to givingheartsday.org on February 13th, 2020 or call 1-800-450-0459. Your donation will help to strengthen our core services to help those in need to reach their goals for independence. We believe that our communities are stronger when everyone can be a part of it.  For more about Freedom Resource Center click here.
