Barriers are made to be broken.  For Devils Lake’s Tanner Zander, being deaf may have been perceived as a barrier to some.  But like a pine board in a karate class, this barrier never stood a chance. He earned his black belt.  Check out this story from the  Challenges in life will come in many forms.  Sometimes we just need a little motivation and a reasonable accommodation to break through and reach our goals.
