When faced with a new diagnosis or disability, accessing resources can be difficult.  New barriers to independence arise, making even the simplest of task difficult.  Freedom Resource Center believes that working with a peer mentor can help to open doors and assist in building bridges to vital resources that were once easily accessible.  Peer mentors also provide guidance and encouragement when no one else can, most importantly, they listen.  But we can’t do it alone.  This year we need your support more than ever to strengthen our Peer Mentor program and other core services across the 21 counties we serve.

Please consider donating to Freedom Resource Center this Giving Hearts Day on February 13th, 2020.  Go to givingheartsday.org on February 13th or call 1-800-450-0459.
