When we talk about bringing people together food is usually in the middle of it all.  We will get to that later.  Art is something anyone can create and everyone can appreciate in their own way.  The opportunity to create art for free in a fun, friendly environment is something Freedom Resource Center provides on a regular basis to the communities we serve.  If you are in the Fargo area tomorrow, we are offering Weaving 101.  This is a three part class that takes place on November 19th, 26th and Tuesday December 3rd from 1:30-3:30pm.  You will have the opportunity to bring a friend, or two or three, and create a warm gift for yourself.  This if FREE to the public and all are welcome to attend. Make plans today, art tomorrow.  To register call Diane at 701-478-0459 or at 1-800-450-0459.  While we are on the topic of warm gifts, if you happen to be in or around Fergus Falls, Minnesota on November 19th and have some time, stop into Freedom Resource Center from 2pm-3:30pm to make hot cocoa snowmen.  This adorable cocoa container is yours to keep and makes a great gift as well.  We are located at 125 W. Lincoln Ave. Suite #6 in Fergus Falls, MN.  Be sure to call Leigh or Marie at 218-998-1799 to register.

Now, getting back to the food.  On December 3rd, Freedom Resource Center in Fergus Falls is hosting a chili feed with all the fixings at Zion Lutheran Church 202 E. Summit Ave. Fergus Falls, MN.  There is a suggested donation of 5 dollars.  If you plan on attending call Leigh or Marie at 218-998-1799.  Also in December, Freedom Resource Center in Fargo is hosting a Holiday soup luncheon on December 10th from 12pm-1:30pm.  Join us for some hot soup and meet some new friends in the process.  Again, everyone is welcome.  To register call Jana at 701-478-0459.
