May is Mental Health awareness month.  Since 1949, May is a month that we pull together resources and raise awareness about mental health. Mental illness does not discriminate. It can affect anyone at anytime. The most important thing to remember is that there is hope.  If you or someone you know is going through a rough time in their life, don’t hesitate to get some help.
