When we talk about living well, it can be said that living well can mean different things for different people.  One thing that is consistent for everyone is overcoming barriers.  Barriers may come in different forms, but in the end they are just an obstacle in our way.  Breaking barriers to independence can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be that way.  Freedom Resource Center is offering a 10 week Freedom In Action called Living Well 102, every Thursday from 1:30-3:30pm January 30th to April 2nd.  Not only will this free course help you to become more independent and self-sufficient, it can reduce dependency on financial assistance programs!  This course is limited to 15 participants, so it is important that you sign up soon.  To sign up call Merri today at 701-478-0459.  You have nothing to lose but stress.
